A variety of vendors will entice you to return every Friday. We are in a beautiful location among the trees at the Voyager Village Event Center on County Road A.  Summer Art Sessions for Children: Ages 9-12: Daily Designs of India
Thursday, July 16, 2020 through Friday, July 17, 2020. 9 am to noon. Taking inspiration from the summer exhibition, Many Visions, Many Versions: Art from Indigenous Communities in India, children will explore vibrant and varied arts of India. Participants will create and print patterns to animate characters and landscapes on scrolls and to adorn objects. Fee: $25 for Museum members, $35 for non-members.  Paperfest
Thursday, July 16, 2020 through Sunday, July 19, 2020. 5pm. Paperfest presented by Community First CU features country national act Eli Young Band! Free-admission festival boasts a great live music lineup, balloon glow, fireworks, carnival rides, sporting events, and more! Paperfest held in conjunction with the Combined Locks centennial on July 16-19 at Memorial Park, Combined Locks. The proceeds from Paperfest are donated back into the community.  It's Like Poetry: Building A Toshiko Takaezu Archive at RAM
Friday, August 2, 2019 through Sunday, July 26, 2020. While unassuming in her disposition, artist Toshiko Takaezu (1922-2011) was a bona fide ceramic superstar who pushed the boundaries of clay in the late twentieth century. Inspired by nature and the environment, Takaezu created work that embodied a poetic balance between art and life. This exhibition in Racine Art Museum's Windows on Fifth Gallery features a selection from the more than 30 Takaezu works now in the museum's collection. This exhibition features the work of 12 artists-Sandra Byers, Gibson Byrd, John Colt, Theodore Czebotar, Lillian Elliott, Joseph Friebert, Ed Rossbach, Kay Sekimachi, Jean Stamsta, Merle Temkin, Murray Weiss, and Beatrice Wood-through multiple examples of their work. Arranged as a series of artist solo showcases, Open Storage also highlights the earliest kinds of work given to RAM-textiles and works on paper. She serves on the Committee on Veterans and Military Affairs, and is Vice-Chair for the Speaker's Task Force on Alzheimer's and Dementia.  Third Annual Twin Triathlon
Saturday, August 26, 2017 through Tuesday, August 26, 2081. 8 am - 12 pm. 8 am registration; 9 am start; Noon Awards! Fun event is unique in the Northwoods-8K paddle on North Twin Lake, followed by a 16K bike ride, then a 5K run. Individual ($35), a family or a team ($90). Do one leg, or all three!
