 Snowshoe, Eat, Sled Exploring Nature Program
Saturday, February 8, 2020. 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. After an overview of snowshoeing, we will head out for an invigorating snowshoe walk through the woods. Snowshoes provided for those who need them.  It's Like Poetry: Building A Toshiko Takaezu Archive at RAM
Friday, August 2, 2019 through Sunday, July 26, 2020. While unassuming in her disposition, artist Toshiko Takaezu (1922-2011) was a bona fide ceramic superstar who pushed the boundaries of clay in the late twentieth century. Inspired by nature and the environment, Takaezu created work that embodied a poetic balance between art and life. This exhibition in Racine Art Museum's Windows on Fifth Gallery features a selection from the more than 30 Takaezu works now in the museum's collection.
