Friday, January 10, 2020. 5:30-6:30 pm. This event brings art and sociology into an active conversation about how we consume and whether changing our consumption habits matters. In Jennifer Bucheit's project Again and Again: A Reflection on Consumer Culture, she presents photographs of the paper packaging that she encounters in everyday life, encouraging reflection on the life cycle of the goods, the messages the packaging conveys, and the implications of personal consumerism.
