 Kids' Art Adventures: Ray Yoshida
Sunday, February 9, 2020. 1-2:30 pm. Ray Yoshida used many methods to make his art, including a technique that used dots of color applied in a pattern. After seeing his paintings up close in Ray Yoshida: The Spaces in Between, use a similar approach to make a colorful mosaic. Kids' Art Adventures invite families to make art following a guided discussion. 6 to 10 year-olds and their families should meet at 1 pm in MMoCA's lobby; children must be accompanied by an adult.  Daisy Badge Workshop - What Robots Do, How Robots Move and Design a Robot

The Betty Brinn Children's Museum offers many guided programs that help Girl Scouts meet STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art/design and math) badge requirements. Scouts attending the Daisy Badge workshop will earn 3 Robotics badges by designing and building their own robots. Participants will receive a Betty Brinn Children's Museum patch and certificate.
